Apricot Parrot Tulip

Truly a dramatic parrot tulip with a large bloom in shades of apricot, salmon, and pink with green veining. Has a light fragrance. A must for any garden! Sport of Karel Doorman tulip. Introduced in 1961.

Parrot tulips are showstoppers in the garden or in a vase! The buds start off green and resemble the beak of a parrot. When in bloom, they reveal their colorful curled and fluffy petals, much like a bird's feathers.
