A frilly red and white tulip that is often used as a cut flower. Has large blooms and sturdy stems.

Parrot tulips are showstoppers in the garden or in a vase! The buds start off green and resemble the beak of a parrot. When in bloom, they reveal their colorful curled and fluffy petals, much like a bird's feathers.
